Responsibilities:

• Provide data input and update, filing, and administrative support in leave and attendance, candidates data base, staff and benefits records;
• Assist to handle full cycle of recruitment process including but not limited to job posting, conducting interviews, making offers, preparing contracts and on-boarding process
• Prepare internal correspondence such as notices , letter and memo
• Assist in payroll administration and MPF administration
• Provide clerical support to the department
• Assist in ad hoc projects

Requirements:

• Diploma holder in HR or related disciplines
• 2 years’ relevant experience, retail experience is highly preferred
• Proactive, reliable and hard-working
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediately available is highly preferred
