Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide data input and update, filing, and administrative support in leave and attendance, candidates data base, staff and benefits records;
- Assist to handle full cycle of recruitment process including but not limited to job posting, conducting interviews, making offers, preparing contracts and on-boarding process
- Prepare internal correspondence such as notices , letter and memo
- Assist in payroll administration and MPF administration
- Provide clerical support to the department
- Assist in ad hoc projects
Requirements:
- Diploma holder in HR or related disciplines
- 2 years’ relevant experience, retail experience is highly preferred
- Proactive, reliable and hard-working
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Immediately available is highly preferred
