Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative duties of the company including art logistics
- Daily maintenance of the gallery operation
- Assist in art projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree holders preferably in the field of Art History, Fine Art or related discipline
- At least 1 year or above experience in art industries particularly in art logistics and shipment
- Excellent in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua is a MUST
- A good team player who is responsible, result oriented, independent, multi-tasking and able to work under pressure
- Well-organized, creative, confident, proactive, sociable and attentive to details
- Experience in management art warehouse and inventory
- Immediate available in highly preferred
