Job Description
We are looking for a banking customer service centre professional to build and manage a customer care centre for a fintech company.
Head of Customer Care Centre (Banking)
Responsibilities:
- Manage and build team to handle inbound inquiries, conduct outbound activities where necessary and handle applications, transactions and requests from customers
- Review performance of staff, identify training needs and plan for training
- Identify and evaluate technologies, define user requirements, establish technical specifications, to meet production quality and customer service standards, contribute information and analysis to bank strategic plans and reviews
- Supervise the operation of staff to ensure full compliance with both external regulatory ordinance & internal compliance policies, including conduct of KYC, anti-money laundering & sales process
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in call centre / customer service centre.
- Banking experience preferred
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements
- A proven team leader, able to work independently and with good management skills to lead and motivate diverse teams
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin language is essential.
