Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Leading team to manage assigned projects and product development of the Bank
- Define and develop the requirement specifications, UAT plan, procedures and forms and assist users in UAT and project implementation
- Support production migration/verification, post implementation review and production problem solving
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Finance, Business Administration, IT or related disciplines
- 10+ years’ experience in banking industry, with 6+ years' in project management area
- Strong project management, analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
- Candidates qualified with PMP, PRINCE2, Six Sigma or ITIL will definitely be an advantage
- Independent and able to manage multiple tasks & meet with tight deadlines
- Excellent communication, team leading and negotiation skills
