Job duties:

• Provide high standard of customer service to premium customers via phone and email
• 透過電話及電郵為優越客戶提供優質服務
• Respond to customers’ enquiries and complaints in a prompt and professional manner
• 以專業知識及積極態度處理客戶查詢及投訴
• Maintain trusting relationship with customers to retain brand loyalty
• 與客戶建立良好關系以鞏固對公司的信心
• Perform any administrative works and ad-hoc duties assigned
• 處理文書工作及突發事情

Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• 文憑或以上
• 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in banking or financial industry
• 一年客戶服務經驗，銀行及金融行業優先
• Proactive individual who can solve customers’ enquiries patiently
• 能主動及耐心地解答客戶查詢
• Good problem solving skills, detail-minded and can work under pressure
• 擁有良好解難能力、注意細節及可在壓力下工作
• Excellent communication skills in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• 具良好廣東話、英語及普通話溝通能力
