Responsibilities

• Responsible for development and implementation of new regulatory requirements in the firm
• Revise internal procedures periodically to identify hidden
• Review the work of colleagues when necessary to identify compliance issues and provide advice or training
• Responsible for conducting gap analysis of the company to identify if the company's policies align with the local laws and regulations
• Work with regulators and auditors on a frequent basis
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree holder in Finance, Business or other related discipline
• A minimum 3 years of relevant experience in audit or compliance field within the banking industry
• Good understanding of HKMA regulations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills along with the ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Fluency in English and Cantonese is a must
• Immediately available is an advantage
