JOB DESCRIPTION

• To handle full set of accounts
• Ensure monthly financial and management reports are accurately prepared on timely basis and adhere to the accounting standards, together with related notes, reconciliation report and analysis.
• Assist in overall management of financial and accounting functions.
• Provide information to support management and Group Finance as and when required in the process of planning, control and decision making.
• Manage budgets and financial plans as well as contolling expenditure
• Liaise with bankers, auditor, tax agents for the matters that related to the company.
• Assist in ad hoc assignments when necessary.

 
REQUIREMENTS

• LCCI third level certificate / Diploma in Accounting or related disciplines.
• At least 3-5 years of working experience in related field is required for the position
• Well organised and meticulous
• Team player, responsible and able to work independently, good time management and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge on accounting system (MYOB), MS Office application skills and Chinese Word Processing.
• Experience in Audit firm is highly preferable.
• Immediately available is highly preferable.
