ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Provide sales and service support to Relationship Manager in serving consolidated banking customers
• Ensure that all service queries are resolved timely
• Handle general enquiries / complaints and resolve issues
• Deliver superior quality service to customers and refer potential customers to Relationship Manager in the branch
• Assist in meeting overall branch sales and service target\

REQUIREMENTS:

• University Degree Holder
• Qualifications in IIQE AND HKSI related areas are advantageous.
• Minimum 2 years of sales and customer service experience in retail branch banking
• Good service orientation and attentive to details
• Proactive with good communications and interpersonal skills
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
