Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Conduct compliance monitoring / reviews;
- Prepare license applications, requisite filings, notifications to regulators;
- Review account opening documents, AML checking and monitoring;
- Prepare company policies and guidelines;
- Handle administrative duties and ad-hoc projects
Responsibilities :
- F.7 / DSE or above, Degree holder in Law/Accountancy/Finance or related disciplines would be an advantage;
- 1+ year relevant experience in financial institutions would be an advantage;
- Knowledge of SFC and HKEx regulations;
- Proficiency in written and spoken English, Chinese, and Microsoft Office;
- Hardworking, responsible, and a good team player;
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Compliance Officer
