The Role Responsibilities

-Process daily Corporate Actions announcement setup

-Reconcile entitlements for various events

-Consolidate voluntary events responses and submit to market

-Handle client enquiries on Corporate Actions

-train and coach colleagues when required

Our Ideal Candidate

-hands on experience in Corporate Actions in both Hong Kong and Global markets is a must

-experience in various backoffice Operations role will be a plus

-be able to work independently

-attention to details

-team player

-can take the lead in projects

-knowledge in Mutual Fund Order placing is preferred but not necessary

-experience in handling US tax reporting is preferred but not necessary
