About Our Client (Securities Company) & Job Description 

Our client, one of the securities companies,is now looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team. The job duties are as follows:

• Lead a team of 3, Reporting the marketing activity/business performance to Headquarter
• Implement ATL & BTL marketing plans and execute any types of marketing assets by liaising with internal & external staffs
• Work closely with internal departments, partners, and advertising agencies to ensure smooth execution of marketing programs
• Liaise CRM programs & database management
• Conduct marketing research, analysis and report to monitor results and effectiveness of campaigns
• Support planning and execution of the events and seminars
• Liaise with global marketing team in Rakuten group
• Perform ad-hoc as required by management or marketing senior manager 

Requirement 

• Degree holder with major in Marketing, Communications, PR or related discipline
• 3-5 years exp. of marketing in financial industry preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially excel and powerpoint
• Database skills or knowledge is preferable
• Independent, self-motivated, mature, positive and a team player
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Japanese is preferable.
