Job Description
Our clients are top insurance companies in Hong Kong and looking for experienced actuarial candidates to fill in the actuarial positions:
Job Responsibilities:
- Data analysis, investment analysis, trend analysis, preparation of results and/or provision of recommendation; OR
- New product launches, pricing, quotations, rate tables, illustration, market comparisons, user requirements, UAT &/or result checking; OR
- Financial valuation, ALM, forecast liquidity, risk capital calculation &/or financial reporting; OR
- Financial reporting on IFRS project to meet the new accounting standards.
Job Requirements:
- Degree holders in Actuarial / Statistics / Mathematics / Finance or equivalent; OR good progress or pass the actuarial related examination.
- At least 2 years relevant experience in insurance industry; more experience will be considered as senior positions.
- Solid knowledge of actuarial techniques, tools and methodologies is preferable.
- Knowledge in MS Excel and VBA is preferable.
- Strong analytically and problem solving skill.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
