Job Description
Our client, an international law firm is urgently looking for a Paralegal, Corporate Finance to join their dynamic team in Central office.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain proper filing management system for IPO and M&A transactions of HK/China regions
- Conduct legal research, due diligence and SFC filing/documentation
- Handle interview and attend meeting with Associates on listing matters and requirements
- Assist in preparing verification note and related coordination
- Handle translations and drafting
- Provide full spectrum legal support to Partners and Associates
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree of law with at least 1 year experience in corporate finance areas within legal firm
- Exposure in Capital markets documentation - M&A/IPO/DD/DCM etc
- Fluency of English and Mandarin is desirable
- Able to work under pressure
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
