Key responsibilities include,

• Closely communicate with suppliers and internal teams for sourcing & ordering of beauty salon products.
• Develop and maintain good long-term relationships with business partners to optimize business opportunities.
• Responsible for managing purchase forecast and stock.
• Assist in operational support including inventory control and warehouse management. Performing quality control issue if necessary.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties for order replenishment.
• Participating in ad hoc duties assigned.

Requirements

• Higher Diploma/Degree in related disciplines.
• At least 2 years working experiences in Beauty
• Strong salon operations sense with excellent communication and analytical skills
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Detail-minded, self-motivated, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
• Excellent command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Immediately available in highly preferred
