Job Responsibilities:

• Observe and forecast on-going consumer behavior, work closely with the manager for seasonal coaching session in order to meet market needs
• Assist manager to prepare training presentation materials for training session or conference
• Estimate expense budget, plan necessarily training materials to arrive on scheduled
• Arrange appointments, seasonal event setup and prepare fact notes and guidelines
• Make sure all trainings meet brand’s image and within its guideline
• Assist staffs with selling techniques and service skills to the needs of consumer
• Evaluate after-training feedback, communicate closely with staffs
• Assist general office administrative and coordination duties

Job Requirements:

• Diploma holder or equivalent aspect
• Experienced training and coaching experience is preferred
• 2-4 year experience in Makeup & Skincare
• Proficiency in written and spoken, in both English and Mandarin Chinese
• Willing to travel abroad
• Able to work independently or as a team in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, organize, able to multitask under tight deadlines
• Strong computer skills on Word, Excel and Power Point
