Responsibilities:

• Manage P&L and oversee the operations of all retail stores to maintain healthy inventory levels and operational efficiency
• Develop clear vision for the business and to the sales strategy, budget planning and implement portfolio guidelines and brand plans
• Conduct price analysis and sales analysis
• Monitor business performance, competitor activity and recommend adjustments to the marketing mix
• Drive performance through point of sale, visual elements that support brand and product category direction and strengthen brand’s presentation at retail
• Ensure all brand guidelines are met and compliance of operational processes and procedures for store operations, visuals and marketing within the retail stores
• Lead a team of Key account executive to build and maintain a strong relationship with Buyers from departmental store
• Maintain Customer Service Levels to provide premium retail environment

Requirement

• Degree holder in  related disciplines
• Minimum 5 - 8 years ' of solid and relevant experience in Beauty industry, preferably in skincare, personal care
  
• Strong experience in developing and implementing a strategy for all products in category
• Fluent written and spoken of both languages.
