Job Description
THE COMPANY :
- HK listed company
- One of the leading property developers in Hong Kong
- We are looking for ASST BUILDING MAINTENANCE MANAGER – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Degree holder in Building Services Engineering or related discipline or holder of professional qualification (e.g. HKIE, CIBSE etc.)
- Minimum 10 years’ solid experience in planning, implementing and monitoring building maintenance with 7 years’ supervisory experience inclusive
- Proficiency in both written Chinese and English
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure
- Experience or ability to lead a small team
- Manage a small team to perform building maintenance duties for a portfolio of buildings in Hong Kong
- 5.5 days work with alternative Sat off
- 9 hours per day
- Annual leave : 13 days
