The successful candidate will check and monitor the progress of building sites, and ensure the quality of workmanship and materials ofBuilding Services installations. The position involves coordinating with architects, consultants and contractors to ensure the smooth implementation of contract requirements and ensure specification adherence to the necessary standards. Ensuring compliance with quality control systems and company policy is also an important part of this role.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Certificate holders in Building Services Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• At least 3 years of solid experience in handling project building services installation works
• Possess strong sense of integrity and responsibility
• Able to deliver quality product, achieve customer satisfaction and demonstrate teamwork, preparedness as well as sense of urgency
