Good written & verbal communication skills to express ideas and convey information to clients, landlords, workers, sub-contractors, suppliers etc.
Experience in handling technical, management and site safety matters
Good knowledge in Building Services
Good command of English, Cantonese & Mandarin
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint
