Job Description
- Higher Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Studies, or equivalent
- 5 years relevant post qualifications experience, at least 3 years of which should be in Housing Authority maintenance organizations
- Be proficient in spoken English & Cantonese and written English & Chinese
- Independent and self-motivated
