Key Competences of the Successful Interior Designer will be:

• Understanding retail / shopping-centre interior design issues.
• Ability to create innovative design solutions and specifications to budget.
• Ability to interpret and develop retail theme, and branding ideas.
• Excellent detailing skills.
• In-depth and up-to-date knowledge of finishing materials available in Asia.
• Experience in working with material and equipment suppliers.
• Ability to handle engineering co-ordination of retail interior design.
• Fast thinking and ability to convey ideas through sketches.
• Ability to lead a design team and deliver on time.
• Project resource and time planning and management.
• Strong team skills.
  
  

Requirements

• Degree holder in architecture / interior design from recognized institutions
• 3-5 years’ post-graduate experience in retail interior projects required
• Strong conceptual design and presentation skills
• Excellent communication in spoken & written English & Mandarin 
• Ability and willing to travel as required
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketch Up, Rhino, Revit and hand sketching
