Job Description
職責:
- 巡視物業
- 確保所有設施運作正常
- 處理顧客查詢
- 協助上司跟進投訴及處理緊急事故
- 主動與業戶接觸
- 維持良好關係
要求:
- 中五或以上程度
- 一年或以上物業管理經驗優先
- 成熟, 有良好組織能力, 有責任
- 基本英語及國語、良好粵語的言語能力
- 樂觀性格 及 具獨立能力
- 有一般電腦知識優先
- 工作時間: 早班 (0730-1630) / 中班 (1430-2330) / 夜班 (2300-0800)
