Responsibilities:

• Shall receive instructions from; and maintain close communication and collaboration with, the DSD Hotline, ESDO, DSD District & Maintenance staff and any other DSD staff; 
• Shall carry out duties on a collaborative team-work basis under the overall direction of the Centre Manager;
• Shall continuously check notification emails and inbox items in the DRAMIS or other equivalent system for receiving and handling cases;
• shall maintain close communication with the DSF gangs, FLORETs and STGs to obtain follding situations;
• Shall coordinate the FLORETs, STGs and other resources of the Contractor to handle cases, and shall report instant site situations on whether flooding has occurred with details to be specified by the Engineer for every suspected flooding case immediatelyafter their first site attendance to the DSD Hotline and ESDO during Amber Rainstorm Warning ;

Requirements

• Certificate holder in Civil Engineering or a relevant discipline;
• A minimum of 1 year relevant working experience in drainage maintenance or customer service; OR
• Lower qualification but with good experience in drainage maintenance or customer service
• Good communication skills;
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese; and
• Proficient in computer software applications including MS-Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing.
