Requirements:

• Degree, Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Building Studies
• Provide measurement and valuation to the project.
• Assist in pre-contract and post contract administration
• Experience in budgeting, tendering, estimating and cost control
• Manage and review contractors. Sub-contractors, suppliers quotations
• Invoices & payments, reports financial cost, cash flow projections
• Preparation of final accounts
• Experience on projects in Hong Kong and China
• Good communication and client management skills
• Experience in commercial fitout projects, office and industrial
• Experience in project management an advantage
• Fluent English. Cantonese/Mandarin and advantage
• Good computer skills
