Responsibilities:

• Perform general administration duties including preparation of correspondence, reports, circulars and handling of payments
• Arrange general procurement and co-ordination of contractors for routine maintenance work
• Handle complaints and inquires raised from customers and occupiers

Requirements:

• F.5 or above
• 2 years' relevant experience, with experience in prestigious shopping mall is an advantage
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated, mature, detail-minded and willing to learn
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Good typing skills, proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
