Site Foreman (Building) perform an organizational and supervisory role on construction projects, setting out, customer relation and documentary records etc. in construction operations.

Typically involve:

• Customer Relation
• setting out, leveling and surveying the site;
• ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications and drawings;
• liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project;
• Communicating with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors)
• day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the quality of work of any subcontractors;
• Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site;
• preparing reports as required

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• High Diploma or above in building studies, building technology or related disciplines
• Relevant working experience will be an asset
• Technical Orientated 
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese 
• Independent with strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure
• Self-motivated
• Self discipline 
• Team player
• Immediately available is preferred
• Lift extension projects experiences will be an asset
• Head office located in Tuen Mun
• 6 working days (8am – 6pm)
• 7 days annual leaves
• Days off on HKSAR statutory holidays
