Job Duties:

• Researching latest trends and creation of trend right mood and concepts boards
• Creating sketches, garment illustrations, tech packs and overseeing sample development
• Working closely with designers, customer service team and sampling team to facilitate sample development process
• Communicating with international customer base and Shanghai Office
• Leading customer meetings and presentations
• Sourcing fabrics from HK and Guangzhou fabric markets
• Traveling to client projects in US/Europe/China/APAC when needed

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Degree in fashion design and textiles
• Minimum 8 years experience in fashion design
• Uniform industry design experience required
• Fundamental knowledge of garment construction, design and fabrics for woven and knit
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Must be able to present and work closely with our international customers
• With solid international experiences
• Strong illustration skill
• Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, MS Excel, PowerPoint
• Self-motivated, proactive and good ability to work within tight timelines
• Good sense for fashion trend and aesthetics
