• Experienced in multimedia design, highly skilled in illustration and graphic design. Video production a plus.
• Good understanding of latest design trends and standard.
• Solid communication skills. Showmanship, not just craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Create production presentations and support marketing materials development. 
• Partake in product, marketing, or any discussions about projects involving design thinking as a contributor and swift thinker.
• Own brand development and creative direction for new season collections.
• Design and develop marketing assets across all online/offline channels.
• Work with the product team to define both the long-term strategy and the short-term tactics for our products.
• Help establish and reinforce consistent interaction design patterns across platforms and touch point.
• Provide administrative support to Senior Management.
• Conduct market research and analysis.

REQUIREMENT

• Specialized in graphic design, visual communication, ideally with knowledge of marketing.
• Good knowledge of branding, digital media and color theory, vendor management.
• Proficient in design applications, Adobe Creative Suite, In-Design, Dreamweaver and basic coding skills.
• Strategic thinking, with creative flair and able to connect the dots.
• Ownership, accountability and committed.
• A good cultural fit with a passion for design and the industry.
• An appreciation for style, and well presented.
• Team player with initiative, good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Good time management and capability of multitasking and working to tight timeline.
• Immediate availability preferred.
