Job Descriptions : -

• Responsible for overall inspiration and direction for the brand and for each delivery, from concepts, key trends research, colours, materials to final samples
• Develop collection architecture, including theme, colour, material use, styles and fashion graphics
• Translate the trends of the season to meet business and sales objectives
• Work closely with merchandising and production team to facilitate development processes and schedules from product development, sourcing of material, sample fitting, etc

Requirements: -

• Degree holder in design related discipline
• At least 8 years solid experience in jewellery design, with Asian & International market exposure is definitely an added advantage
• Knowledge in jewellery production
• Be passionate about the brand’s identity, with personal charisma and visions in international fashion trend
• Creative, communicative and be able to collaborate with business teams to achieve brand objectives
• Experience leading and providing art direction to a team of designers
• Highly organized with strong time management skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively
• Makes decisions and recommendations clearly linked to the organization’s strategy and financial goals, reflecting an awareness of external dynamics
• Demonstrate a high taste level and creative ability including merchandising ability, commercial sense and market knowledge
• Good hand sketching and familiar with 3D drawing
• Good command of Microsoft Word, Excel and Photoshop
• Proficient in computer design software Rhino, Rhino Gold and Adobe CS
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Occasionally travel is required
