MATRIX:           All department team

PURPOSE:         Responsible for day to day execution of new and existing partner business enquiry and account related matters, establish good relationship to support Global business partners; liaise and support sales and performance requirements

Roles and responsibilities:

• Provide effective response and communications with partners application enquiry, registration process
• Assist partners enquiry with account and orders operation flow, and coordinate their implementation with the relevant teams
• Liaise and assist with partners to enhance sales performances and reporting
• Research regional eCommerce trends for partners establishment
• Develop reporting and show consistently meeting timelines
• Demonstrate good partners relationship, business terms and communicating skills
• Project oriented and computer tools

Requirements:

• 2-5 years’ experience, preferably in eCommerce partner and wholesale business relationship and communication support
• Familiar with e-commerce platform systems and operations
• An independent worker with an ability to coordinate across departments
• Fluent and writing in business English, Cantonese and Putonghua required
• Willingness to accept challenges, with good excel and reporting skills
• University graduates
