Job Description

Our Client is an International Fashion Luxury brand with strong presence in Asia.  A need has arisen to recruit an e-commerce manager to join the team. 

Responsibilities

  • Launch, update and manage all aspects of visual merchandising assets and product content to support the merchandising strategy and relevant campaigns.
  • Create seasonal and promotional product categories.
  • Ensure content accuracy and site usability are aligned with brand’s standards on a daily basis
  • Maintain and execute monthly site content calendar while liaising with global teams to ensure asset delivery dates to meet launch deadlines.
  • Troubleshoot potential site and payment issues and find solutions while working with tight deadlines.
  • Closely work with local merchandising calendars while supporting planning and ad hoc reporting.
  • Closely work with digital marketing to create optimized UX/UI with campaigns.
  • Responsible for correct naming, sizing, and organization of all image assets in Demandware.
  • Check copy for product details and support product contents while ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Measure and report performance of campaigns and assess against KPIs
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Work in close conjunction with global/local social teams to address social CS issues (e.g. follow up with order or refund status)
  • Check orders on a daily basis
  • Manage and monitor packaging stock levels
  • Check 3PL service levels
  • Ensure 3PL & omni stores have sufficient packaging materials + plan stock replenishment
  • Support omni-channel rollout & training as the main point of contact, monitoring store omni orders on daily basis and troubleshoot

Qualifications

  • BA with min. 4-5 years of experience in e-commerce (fashion or luxury background is preferable)
  • Comfortable working in a team-oriented, entrepreneurial environment
  • Demandware and MS Excel literate
  • Fast learner, confident communicator, with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment (resourceful, hands-on, able to sense urgency)
  • Commercial product understanding with the ability to identify online presentation opportunities that engage, inform and captivate
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments (preferred, not a must)
  • Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in e-commerce and measurement
