Account Manager - Consumer products - Export
Our client is one of leading online company in the industry. They are looking for strong candidate to join their team expansion
Responsibilities:
- Managing a portfolio of key accounts – UK/US client
- Own, maintain, and build partnerships with each key account within your portfolio
- Lead face to face commercial and service reviews with all key accounts
- Maintain accurate customer records, to build a strong network of relevant buyers and decision makers at retailers and distributors
- Contribute to the longer - term business strategy and service solution, using customer and market insight to help shape and optimize future services, pricing and products
Requirements:
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or related disciplines is preferable
- Minimum 4 years’ relevant experience, preferably in export retailer
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to details, with good interpersonal and project management skill, self-motivated to show strong sense of ownership and able to work under pressure
- Good knowledge of PC skill (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access & Chinese WP)
- Knowledge in database management is an advantage
