Job Description
Our client is a famous FMCG retailer group in worldwide is now seeking a candidate for their openings
Responsibilities:
- Report to the Management and lead a small team to plan, develop, and execute different kinds of promotion and campaign in ecommerce with the Company development roadmap
- Co-operate with Buying and Marketing team to execute the promotional mechanics and eCommerce initiatives for generating lead & traffic, engagement rate, social KPIs etc.
- Formulate & develop buying strategies and activities to achieve sales, profit and inventory targets
- Utilize web analytics tools to review the eCommerce performance including sales, site traffic & customer behavior for maximizing the ROI of all promotion activities
- Plan and execute digital advertising and promotion activities include but not limited to creative development, media planning, joint promotions & etc. with internal & external parties to achieve sales target
Requirements:
- Bachelor in Business Administration, eCommerce, Marketing or related disciplines with minimum 5 years in eCommerce & digital marketing (SEO, PPC, managing Affiliates, online advertising)
- Solid experience in FMCG / retail industry with Good knowledge in online marketing landscape with technical knowledge of web tools and processes with experience in devising and managing digital marketing campaigns
- Strong business sense with solid project management & leadership skills
- Self-motivated and able to work fast-paced working environment
- Good command in English and Chinese
