Job Responsibilities:

• Handle hotline enquiries services to Clearing participants and retail investors with respect to operation of CCASS / DCASS and Investor Account Service
• Assist in conducting regular CCASS, DCASS and IP training to participants 
• Perform User Acceptance Test (UAT) and to prepare testing documentation 
• Undertake other special or ad hoc projects as assigned

Job Requirements:

• University degree or equivalent qualifications
• 1-2 years working experience in securities / derivatives clearing, settlement operation, hotline services and training delivery
• Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated, proactive and a good team player 
• Conversant with MS Word / Excel / Powerpoint
