Here comes an opportunity to join a FMCG company with rapid expansion, in which they are expanding their footprint in the Southern China.

• Assist the Manager on managing corporate performance and operational efficiency to achieve the business objectives
• Drive improvement projects with the objective in achieving sales performance, and operational effectiveness
• Examine and analyze business process performance in headquarter control room on a daily basis with insights to be proposed for short/long term initiatives
• Develop strategic KPIs with the objective of controlling and enhancing the business procedures and customer experience
• Cascade the strategies and action plans to top management and frontline management for immediate actions
• Work closely with various business unit to implement the action plans and react responsively to any constraints and barriers

Requirements:

• University graduate in Mathematics, Statistic, Engineering or any other related disciplines
• With experiences in frontline operations management or manufacturing environment
• Strong analytical skill and sensitive to numbers
• Flexible and adaptable to dynamic business environment
• Self-initiated and have a passion to make a difference in career
• Good presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work under tight timeline and stress
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially specialize in Excel functions
• Immediate available is highly preferred
