Responsibilities:

• Assist and manage all our e-stores and platform to achieve sales and profitability targets;
• Assist and Manage daily operation of all e-stores (mainly Amazon), including but not limited to product listing, inventory planning and follow up, promotion, pricing updates, customer enquiries and order processing cycle, etc;
• Monitor and analyze the sales performance of E-Commerce platforms and develop online business development strategy with Senior
• Monitor all platforms’ seller performance on regular basis to ensure performance continuously meeting platforms’ requirements, as well as to identify business improvement areas;
• Identify new business opportunities through marketing research on latest product trend;
• Assist to open new stores on other marketplace
• Handle ad hoc tasks and provide regular reports.

Requirements:

• Higher diploma in digital marketing or related discipline, fresh graduate with ambition will be considered as assistant.
• Experience with online marketplaces (Amazon, eBay,...etc) is an advantage.
• Numerically sensitive with strong analytical mindset
• Competent to work in a fast-paced and dynamic e-commerce environment that requires multi-tasking skills, flexibility and adaptability
• Active listening and learning skill, team spirit mindset, good interpersonal communication skill
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (include Mandarin)
