Job Responsibilities:

• Service support to circuit provisioning including test & verification;
• Network equipment configuration & maintenance;
• To assist in new project & product delivery;
• Support in fault diagnosis & service restoration;
• Develop and maintain database service.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Electronic Engineering / Telecommunication or other related disciplines;
• 2 years relevant working experience;
• Knowledge in networking protocols (TCP/IP, MPLS , Layer 2/3);
• Knowledge in Python/Perl;
• May need to work in non-office hours;
• Skills in programming / scripting languages will be an advantages.
• Good analytical, PC / device trouble shooting, and problem solving skills;
• Good interpersonal skill and a good team player;
• Mature, dynamic, work independent and self-motivated;
• Good spoken and written English and Cantonese, Mandarin a plus.
