Job Duties:

• Implement consultancy & research projects on Conformal Cooling Technology, Diffusion Bonding, 3D Printing, Powder Injection Moulding and Advanced Manufacturing Technology
• Identify business opportunity with clients and technology partners
• Serve as a key member to support Team Head to manage consultancy or R&D projects
• Conduct literature review and formulate ideas on technology development and dissemination
• Prepare R&D and consultancy project proposals related to advanced manufacturing technology
• Prepare article for technology or marketing promotion
• Coach Engineering Officer and Assistant Engineering Officer for service delivery
• Travel to Mainland China and overseas occasionally for project implementation and new technology study

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor / Master / Doctorate Degree from disciplines such as Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Product Engineering with Marketing, Materials etc.
• 2 years or more hands-on experience, preferably related to new material, manufacturing process research development, technical sales in advance manufacturing technology
• Familiar with the Hong Kong and PRC manufacturing industries and operations
• Proficient in CAD/CAM/CAE such as Solidworks, UG, ProE, AutoCAD etc. an added advantage
• Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem solving, analytical, communication, presentation and consultative skills and able to work independently
• Mature, self-motivated, confident and able to work under pressure
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
