Job Description
Education:
- F.5 or above, engineering background/technical knowledge is a plus
Experience:
- With 3 year experience in maintenance service or customer service field preferred
Skills:
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Be well organised and able to multi-task
- Good at time management
- Self-motivated, responsible and a good team player
- Mature, present personality
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work independently
- Proficient in MS Office, especially in Excel
Job Description:
- To handle global maintenance contracts
- To co-operate with service team and customers for daily operation and maintenance work arrangement
- To follow up warranty claim with supplier
- Problem solving
- To arrange machine installation work with logistics and customers
- Immediate available preferred
