Our client is a famous FMCG retailer group in worldwide is now seeking a candidate for their openings

Responsibilities:

• Work as team manager and lead a team to ensure store facilities are running smoothly for the store operation
• Work as a massager to deliver clear emergency incident management, escalation and notification procedure with prompt response and fix
• Responsible to collaborate with store operation to deliver facilities management including corrective and preventive maintenance
• Manage the technical site meeting with landlord, incorporated owners and management office
• Responsible to supervise contractor’s performance with monitoring and reviewing processes
• Manage maintenance tenders and contracts administration
• Handle any statutory orders works e.g. fire safety and illegal structure
• Responsible to keep clear financial record by controlling the maintenance budget and ensuring prompt payments
• Deliver continuous operational improvement in facilities management processes

Requirements:

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Building Services / Mechanical Engineering or related discipline with minimum 8 years’ experience in F&B facilities management or retail maintenance work.
• Knowledge of building & licensing codes would be an advantage
• Fast learner, action & deliver. Independent and results driven.
• Detail minded and strong communication skills to ensure smooth collaboration are key success factors
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, notably Excel
• Ability to communicate clearly in English and Chinese
