Blue Sky Energy Technology is a smart building IOT start-up. We have an agile, friendly and down-to-earth team. We are working on a widely-scalable solution, and are changing the way buildings are used, and how people behave for good. We have started out with smart meters and analysis, leveraging data to optimize energy consumption for our clients. Are you technically-capable, and keen to talk to prospective users on IoT or engineering solutions? In this role, you will propose solution, expand the client base and build good customer relationship and promote value of the company. You will also research engineering or technical solutions such as IoT sensors and propose value-added solutions to customers.
What You’ll Do
- Explore and identify business opportunities in the IoT and E&M related market
- Maintain and build up relationship with potential and existing customers, including architect, consultant and contractors
- Be responsible for sales activities, such as handle of enquiries, prepare tender or quotation, and negotiation with customers
- Market research and evaluate the potential of IoT and E&M products in the market
- Identify and propose solutions for the customer
- Work with internal teams to ensure customers’ requirements are met|
Who you are
- Obtained a degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, Building Services, or E&M related subjects
- 3 years minimum experience in similar role, with preference for candidates with experiences in E&M or Building Services
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
- Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, field sales techniques and strong business sense
- Team player in a group setting; and self-driven to take independent initiative
- Interest and passionate in IoT and data
- Strong presentation, influencing and negotiation skills
- Team player in a group setting; and self-driven to take independent initiative
- Experienced in energy monitoring or IAQ is a plus
