Purpose

• Coordinate Automatic Door, Industrial Gate and Shutter Projects in every aspect

Major Tasks & Responsibilities

• Point of contact for all parties involved in project
• Communication / Planning / Documentation
• Define requirements, scope and objective of installation
• Evaluate, select, brief and guide sub-contractors
• Ensure level of quality agreed with contractors / customers
• Prepare shop / factory drawings as required
• Trouble shooting
• Closely cooperate with our Sales and Technical teams

Qualifications

• University degree in engineering
• Proven leadership in similar tasks
• At least 4-5 years of experience in a senior project management role  
• For less experienced candidates a junior role will be defined
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Aggressive, self-motivated & able to work independently and under pressure
• Strong proven track records with technical projects and solutions
• Knowledge in Door Solutions or other Building materials is an advantage
• Good command of Cantonese and English
• CAD drawing knowledge and experience is an asset
