Job Responsibilities

• Actively participate in all fitting-out & renovation projects, including preparing work schedules & technical drawings, sourcing materials, carrying out regular on-site surveys and inspections, coordinating with different internal and external parties and ensuring timely completion of projects
• Handle full set of working drawings for site decoration & furniture including design details and practical details under construction (施工圖)
• Dismantle and install work stations during small-scale relocations
• Monitor site progress and coordinate site handovers to ensure quality, durability, timeliness and cost efficiency as set by management
• Responsible for all correspondence relating to projects and prepare periodic progress reports to management
• Play an active role in the building services works of the Headquarters in Siu Lek Yuen 

Requirements

• Higher Certificate or above in Building Studies / Building Services or related disciplines
• 5 years’ solid experience in on-site coordination of interior fitting-out, renovation as well as repair & maintenance, preferably gained from healthcare industries
• Hands-on experience in AutoCAD preferred
• Able to multi-task in a dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines
• Good interior design skills with knowledge of E&M works and building regulations an advantage
• Responsible, independent and organized with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
