- Bachelor degree in Engineering or relevant
- 8 years’ experience in similar post in manufacturing company preferred
- Experience in toys engineering is a must
- Adequate knowledge in quality requirements for US, Japan & Europe
- Engineering support from product development to completion of production process including BOM, quality control, testing, sampling and manufacturing
- Strategic and timely control on each process and problem-solving
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficiency in common computer literacy
- Report analysis and technical improvements
- Must be target oriented and responsible
- May located in Hong Kong or China
