Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and keep on project timelines, such as submission and material delivery, without any delay.
• Liaise with sub-contractor for on-site progress and to ensure the workmanship in according to contract standard.
• Responsible for submission and review the comment from consultant and clients.

Requirements:

• 2 years' relevant experience in building services design and project management. Experience in BAS management is an advantage
• Good PC knowledge of MS Word, Excel Outlooks and AutoCAD.
• Time schedule management & project administration.
• Attend regular site meetings and organize work.
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership and site supervision skills
• Good command and proven English and Chinese proficiency
