Job duties:

• Suggest travelling packages and promotion according to clients’ needs
• Advice customers in tour planning, package suggestion and price quoting
• Proactively interact with clients through phone calls and emails
• Handle clients’ enquiries and complaints in courteous manner
• Perform administrative works and ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• Outgoing, patient candidate with good interpersonal skills
• Multi-tasking ability and can work under pressure
• Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin in spoken manner
