Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize room sales and revenue
• Conduct hotel inspections for prospective clients
• Develop a good relationship with potential and maintain existing clients on regular basis
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of rooms and competition status
• Able to work effectively with operations staffs to assist them to deliver the highest guests’ satisfaction

Job Requirements

• Diploma or above in Hospitality, Business Administration or relevant discipline
• Minimum 3 years sales experience in Hotel industry
• Good connection and network with different kinds of online and offline, local and overseas travel agents
• Target oriented, strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Good command on both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
