Requirements

• Degree or Higher Diploma graduate
• 2-4 years relevant experience, preferably in serving privilege guests
• Experience in front desk operation with hospitality/aviation background
• Self-initiative, resourceful, energetic with good communication skills
• Proficient in communication of English and fair in spoken Mandarin
• Fresh graduates in Hospitality or Travel & Tourism will also be considered

Responsibilities

• Provide quality and personalized services in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain close guest relationship to render the best customers’ experience
• Effectively manage members’ interaction, identify their needs and provide solutions
• Identify solutions to ensure services are delivered in accordance with company policies
