Job Descriptions:

Responsible for technical support of hotel management system (PMS & POS）and related systems;

Create project technical proposal, implementation and acceptance plans according to project requirements;

Manage and maintain new and existing customer relationships and after-sales services;

Manage technical teams and ensure both internal and external communication effectively;

Other tasks assigned by the company。

Requirement:

Degree or above in computer studies；

Ability to communicate in fluent Cantonese, English and Mandarin;

Proficient in Windows operating systems, Internet and Oracle databases;

Experience in hotel PMS or POS management systems projects preferred;

Strong pioneering spirit and ability to withstand stress, good self-management, and effective execution of various tasks formulated by superiors;

Courteous hospitality, responsible, clean and tidy, good communication skills and interpersonal relationships;

Less experiences will be considered as Technical Engineer.
