Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- To handle all telephone calls of the hotel and general enquiries about hotel services
- To handle all in-house guest requests through a centralized Call Centre System
Job Requirements
- Willing to work on shift, including overnight duty
- Minimum 1 year’s relevant experience in hospitality industry
- Strong communication skills with good telephone manners
- Good command of English, fluent in Putonghua preferred
- Preferably with relevant experience in Opera system
